创新投入对中国区域经济增长的异质门槛效应研究
Study on the Heterogeneous Threshold Effect of Innovation Input on Chinaˊs Regional Economic Growth

Abstract
Purpose/Significance] Through in-depth analysis of the threshold effect of the innovation input on economic growth effect, we can provide some beneficial references for optimizing the innovation resources input, and promote the coordinated and healthy develop-ment of regional economy. [Method/Process]Based on the panel data of 30 provinces from 2004 to 2014, the study respectively uses Theil entropy and Moran I index to verify the obvious differences and spatial agglomeration of regional economic development in China, and builds Hansen threshold regression model to analyze the effect of innovation input on regional economic growth. [ Result/Conclusion] Results show that the innovation input has significantly dual threshold effect on regional economic growth. When the level of infrastructure construction is beneath the lower-threshold value, the promoting effect of innovation input on regional economic growth is the strongest;when the level of infrastructure construction is between high and low thresholds value, the promoting effect of innovation input on regional economic growth becomes weaker, and the impact of staff input is no longer significant; when the level of infrastructure construction is beyond high threshold value, the effect of innovation input is the weakest and the impact of staff input is still not significant. Furthermore, compared with staff input, the effect of R&D expenditure is stronger. Thus, the results indicate that the regional economic growth requires innovation input, but it must fully consider the threshold effect of the regional infrastructure construction.关键词
