情报视角下的网络突发事件应急管理研究
On the Internet Emergency Management from the Perspective of Intelligence
摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance] With the rise and development of the Internet, the Internet emergencies appear frequently. The emer-gency information dissemination process involves information distortion and improper changes, which can lead to negative social impact. The research on the Internet emergency management from the perspective of intelligence has high significance for better government emer-gency management. [ Method/Process] Combining with the experience of researchers, using qualitative research method, the article main-ly focuses on literature study and theoretical study, and puts forward the concept of Internet information demand of emergency manage-ment. From the three stages of in advance, midst, and aftermath handling, the study emphasizes the intelligence support, and explores the basic measures for handling the current predicament of Internet emergency management, in which intellectual factors, big data-oriented in-telligence analysis and information communication and so on are considered. [ Result/Conclusion] It is found that there are real needs for Internet emergency management for the government;intelligence is crucial in this emergency management process;and exploring the rela-tionship between the needs and the utility of intelligence is significant for building the intelligence system for and improve the ability of government in Internet emergency management.关键词
