Abstract
Purpose/Signification] For current service quality evaluation, this paper constructed the evaluation scale of user satisfaction in virtual learning community, guiding Universitiesˊ virtual learning community to provide high-quality services. [ Method /Process] From three dimensions of functional operation, emotional interaction and utility value, this paper made an empirical study for reliability and validity test by the method of EFA and CFA, based on survey data of Nanjing City and Zhenjiang City in Jiangsu. [ Result /Conclu-sion] The results show that the scale has high internal validity and consistency, and userˊs experience of interface operation, social interac-tion and learning effect are important factors to decide their satisfaction in virtual learning community.关键词
