Abstract
Purpose/Significance]"Internet +" thinking had a profound impact on libraryˊs information service. Cross-border services integrate user thinking, open collaboration thinking, knowledge integration thinking, platform thinking and social thinking, and have im-portant significance to improving the performance of library information service. [ Method/Process] This paper applies the method of liter-ature survey research to explore the present situation of "Internet +" thinking and library cross-border services, a model of library cross-border services based on the "Internet +" thinking is then built, and discusses the various elements of the mechanism. [ Result/Conclu-sion] Library cross-border services based on the"Internet+" thinking is a complex systematic project, and can be realized by developing the service concept of cross-border cooperation and coordinated development, constructing the virtual space, online and offline knowledge platform, and strengthening user experience new normal.关键词
