Abstract
The IAEA study shows that transportable nuclear power plants are closely connected with their operating model,which could be divided into several types by suppliers and purchasers,and the transportable nuclear power plants face legal issues on four aspects, includingthe international legal framework,nuclear safety and radiation protection,nuclear security and compensation liability for nuclear damage. This paper analyzes the operating model and the legal issues faced by transportable nuclear power plants brielfy from the above four aspects.关键词
