摘要

Abstract

Researching on the reform of rock bolt crane girder in TBM underground assembling cavern, the paper obtained the initial design parameters of rock bolt crane girder⁃section size, anchor length, rock face dip etc., by comparative analysis of empirical formula method and constructed projects experience. But the calculation methods mentioned above were conservative, so this paper optimized the initial design parameters by finite element numerical analysis. It proves that the design of rock bolt crane girder is more reasonable and scientific. Optimized rock bolt crane girder can meet functional requirements of TBM underground assembling cavern.
