摘要

Abstract

The resettlement issue is the key to water conservancy and hydropower engineering project success. Evaluation to the resettlement effect is the objective reflection on the recovery of the people′s life. The general characteristics of the resettlement system are open, far from equilibrium and nonlinear of the dissipative structure system. Therefore, the resettlement system must result in the fluctuation of entropy flow in the process of communication with the outside system. The study applied entropy theory to calculate entropy resulted from interaction inside resettlement system and entropy flow between the resettlement system and outside system. It also calculated total entropy of the resettlement system. Based on the total entropy, it evaluated whether it would develop in normal direction, which could achieve the purpose of evaluating the effect of resettlement.
