Abstract
Objective:To explore the pedicle screw joint connecting rod fixation method for treatment of thoracic lumbar spine frac-ture.Methods:Choose self institute in December 2013 -November 2014 the independent during the period of 54 patients with thoracic lumbar spine fracture, joint connecting rods are given pedicle screws fixation method of treatment, the comparison group before and after treatment in patients with vertebral before body, the improvement of the trailing edge, the improvement of the spinal cord function, Cobb's Angle change, VAS score, JOA score and postoperative complications.Results:All patients with postoperative of anterior edge height was increased, the height of vertebral rear was improved, the spinal cord function obviously improved compared with before treatment, Cobb's Angle, VAS score, JOA score before treatment were obviously improved, P <0.05; And no severe complications occurred in 1 case.Conclusion:pedicle screw joint connecting rod fixation method of treatment of thoracic lumbar spine fracture effect is remarkable, which can effectively improve the patient's fanterior, trailing edge height, to improve the function of spinal cord, is worth clinical populari-zing widely.关键词
