摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of artificial joint replacement in limb salvage treatment of limb bone tumor . Methods: To select the July 2011 to July 2013 I limbs cancer patients treated 48 cases of hospital as the object of this study , all patientswere randomly divided into control and study groups, two groups were 24patients in the control group received allogeneic bone graftingtreatment, the study group be arthroplasty law Enforcement salvage treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were to be compared. Results: the survival rate of the study group, the incidence rate of complications and the excellent and good rate of limb function were significantlybetter than those in the control group.Conclusion: limb bone tumor application of artificial joint replacement method of limbsalvage treatment, could significantly improve the survival rate, reduce complications, promote limb function recovery, it might be worthyof clinical application.关键词
