Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of composite lateral finger flap for repairing the penetrating injury of the finger .Meth-ods:From August 2009to June 2015,the composite lateral Finger flap tiled in repair of the finger penetrating injury in 15 cases, skin of dorsal of fingers close quarter back side was designed into two composite cutaneous branches-chain flap to repair palmar and dorsal soft tissue defect of the finger, and based on digital proper artery, gutted flap range from 1.5cm ×2.5cm~2.5cm ×3.5cm, axis for the founder of the finger lateral, the width of the fascia range from 5.0~1.0mm was included in the flap pedicle division.The donor sites were repaired with the intermediate split thickness free skin grafts or direct suturing .Results:2 cases blisters appeared after operation, the symptoms relieved after removing the stitches at intervals in the flap pedicle division.All skin flaps were survived .All of the patients were followed up from 6 to 12 months after operation, all flaps presented the satisfactory appearance and texture ,recovered portective feel-ing, the flexion and extension function of wounded fingers recovered to normal .Conclusion:Use the composite lateral finger flap for re -pairing the penetrating injury of the finger might be an effective method.关键词
