Abstract
In this paper, through three representative accident cases, beginning from four aspects of human, material, environment and management, the intrinsic reason of the coal ground key places power failure is management of defects. Accident prevention should start from the improvement of the management in the ifnal analysis, only the effective measures in the organization and management are taken to achieve the safety management of power failure in the ground key places, and to ensure that the safety of mine power supply.关键词
