WANG Shouchuan’s Experience on Treating Pediatric Urticaria from Latent Wind
摘要
Abstract
WANG Shouchuan puts forward the viewpoint of treating pediatric urticaria from latent wind ,and he holds that urticaria recurrence is related with abnormal congenital essence and retention of latent wind. The treatment in the onset stage the should be dispelling wind and clearing heat ,releasing the exterior and relieving itching for wind heat invades exterior,dispelling wind and cold,releasing the exterior and relieving itching for wind cold invading exterior,dispelling wind and removing dampness,clearing heat and relieving itching for wind dampness,clearing heat and cooling blood,dispelling wind and relieving itching for internal wind due to blood heat. In the remission stage ,the treatment should be nourishing Yin replenishing blood , dispelling wind and relieving itching for internal wind due to blood deficiency ,consolidating exterior and preventing wind,harmonizing nutritive Qi and defensive Qi for lung Qi failing to consolidate.关键词
