Effect of Sijunzi Decoction Polysaccharide on Metabolomics of Spleen Deficiency Mice Serum

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Sijunzi decoction polysaccharide on metabolomics of spleen deficiency mice serum. Methods:The endogenous material data in serum were acquired based on liquid chro matography coupled to quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometer (LC-MS). The metabolic data were an-alyzed with partial least square discriminant analysis(PLS-DA) to determine serum endogenous markers of spleen deficient mice intervened with Sijunzi decoction polysaccharide and to explore the mechanism. Re-sults:In the PLS-DA score plot,Sijunzi decoction polysaccharide treatment group and the spleen deficient model group were clearly distinguished,and in the polysaccharide group endogenous biomarkers content tend-ed to be normal,indicating Sijunzi decoction polysaccharide had certain effect on the spleen deficiency mice. Conclusion:Through metabonomics,the endogenous marker of Sijunzi decoction polysaccharide intervening spleen deficient mice were determined. Metabolic pathways of these potential markers remains to be further studied.关键词
