山东省近年育成小麦品种(系)的遗传多样性分析
Genetic Diversity Analysis of Recent Bred Wheat Varieties (Lines)in Shandong Province

Abstract
To reveal the genetic diversity of Shandong wheat varieties (lines)bred in recent years,a number of 53 SSR markers were applied to investigate the genetic diversity among 96 wheat varieties (lines)of Shandong Province.A total of 147 alleles were identified.Each primer pair could detect 2 to 6 alleles with the mean of 2.77.The polymorphism information content (PIC)ranged from 0.117 to 0.763 with the mean of 0.489.The average genetic richness of alleles (Ri )for genomes was B (2.84)>D(2.63)>A (2.41).The average genetic diversity index (Ht )for genomes was D (0.49) >B (0.48)>A (0.43).Cluster analysis indicated that the 96 varieties (lines)were divided into 6 categories,which included 30,9,17,2,10 and 28 wheat varieties (lines),respectively.The category classification were influenced by geographical distribu-tion and kinship of varieties (lines)in a certain extent.关键词
