摘要

Abstract

The caffeine (CAF)content of 49 wild ancient tea tree germplasms from Jinghong City of Yunnan Province were detected using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Then the synthetic quality evaluation of screened tea germplasms with low CAF content was carried out with 3 biochemical inde-xes,including epigallocatechin gallate content,tea polyphenol content and free amino acid content.The re-sults showed that the CAF content of 49 ancient tea trees ranged from 0.55% to 4.76% with an average of 3.04%.After preliminary screening,4 tea germplasms with low CAF content were screened,including Man-jiapokan No 3,Guangming Reservoir No 2,Dazhai No 5 and Manjiapokan No 6.Among which,Manjiapokan No 6 had the lowest CAF content,and Manjiapokan No 3 and Guangming Reservoir No 2 belonged to the high tea polyphenol germplasms.They provided fine germplasm resources for the development of special tea products.
