不同黄瓜材料对烟粉虱的抗性及相关酶活性的研究
Study on Resistance of Different Cucumber Materials to Bemisia tabaci and Related Enzyme Activities

Abstract
To screen new cucumber varieties with high resistance to Bemisia tabaci,using Daqingba cu-cumber as the non Bemisia tabaci -resistance control (CK1 )and glabrous cucumber as the Bemisia tabaci -resistance control (CK2 ),the resistances of 370 cucumber germplasm resources at home and abroad were screened.The chosen cucumber materials were inoculated with Bemisia tabaci,and then the activity changes of peroxidase (POD),phenylalnine ammonialyase (PAL)and polyphenol oxidase (PPO)in the leaves before and after inoculation were studied to provide theoretical bases for the identification of Bemisia tabaci resistance of cucumber.The results showed that 4 cucumber materials with high resistance to Bemisia tabaci were screened out,including No.4,No.13,No.19 and No.76.After inoculation with Bemisia tabaci,the activity of PPO in the leaves of No.4 cucumber was the highest;the activities of POD and PAL in the leaves of No. 13 cucumber were the highest;the activities of POD,PAL and PPO in the leaves of 4 anti -Bemisia tabaci materials were all very significantly higher than those of CK1 .In conclusion,the resistance to Bemisia tabaci of different cucumber materials had close relationships with the synthetical effects of one or several substances of POD,PAL and PPO activities.关键词
