土地整治与耕地质量的关系及其影响因素研究
Research of relationship between land consolidation and rehabilitation and cultivated land quality and the impact factors

Abstract
The purpose of this paper was to analyze the relationship between land consolidation and cultivated land quality and its impact factors based on the typical cases of land development, land reclamation, land consolidation projects in Zhejiang province during the 12th Five-Year Plan, which can provide reference for making the 13th Five-Year Plan of land consolidation planning. Method of survey in typical project region and linear regression model were employed. The results indicated that: (1) There is a certain positive correlation between the quality of cultivated land and land consolidation. (2) The impact direction, the extent of the role and signiifcance level which the indexes of the land consolidation project result in the cultivated land quality are signiifcant different. The cultivated land quality in the land consolidation project is mainly affected by land investment, the rate of new farmland and new irrigation area of farmland; The cultivated land quality in the land development projects is mainly affected by the land leveling area, the increased annual per capita income and increased irrigation area of farmland and other indicators; The quality in the land reclamation project is mainly affected by the land reclamation rate of increment index. It is concluded that: (1) land consolidation plays an important role in improving the quality of cultivated land, and increasing the production capacity of arable land. (2) The high-standard farmland construction, land reclamation should be taken as the focus of future types of land consolidation, strengthening the fertility and fertility-building measures.关键词
