摘要
Abstract
Accelerating the development of information on land resources benefits the scientific management of these resources in the service of society. This paper ifrst analyses some laws and regulations of the infrastructure for spatial information in Europe, which involve metadata, the interoperability of spatial data sets and services, network services, data and service sharing, monitoring and reporting, etc. Secondly, the paper addresses how to make data speciifcations, using the data speciifcation development framework, and what data speciifcations are. Finaly, by understanding the infrastructure for spatial information in Europe, the paper puts forward four suggestions for the development of information on our land resources, such as establishing a data conversion mechanism, building a data and service sharing platform, strengthening the effects of laws and regulations, and improving supervision and management.关键词
