藏族2型糖尿病病人血糖控制现状和影响因素分析
Status quo of blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its influencing factors in Tibetan

Abstract
Objective:To know about the status quo of blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mel-litus and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide evidences for further research on prevention and treat-ment of type 2 diabetic patients in Tibetan.Methods:A total of 231 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were surveyed by questionnaire in the Ganzi and Aba Prefecture People’s Hospital.Results:Glycosylated hemoglobin of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Tibetan was(9.27 ±2.44)% and standard rate was 1 9.9%;fasting blood glucose was(9.02±2.95)mmol/L and standard rate was 28.6%,2 h postprandial blood glucose was(13.00± 4.07)mmol/L and standard rate was 28.6%;The glycosylated hemoglobin was influenced by health education, like light diet,culture level and Buttered tea.Conclusion:The status of blood glucose control was poor in Tibetan patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,so health education should be strengthened for patients with low educa-tional level and change the bad eating habits of the patients.关键词
