银屑病病人疾病耻辱感与社会支持及疾病对病人生活质量影响的相关性研究
Correlative research between stigma,social support and quality of life in patients with psoriasis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the stigma,social support and quality of life in patients with psoriasis,and explore the correlation among the three.Methods:A total of 108 cases of patients with psoriasis were selected by convenient sampling method and general information questionnaire,psoriasis disease stigma questionnaire (FSQ),social support rating scale(SSS),and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)were used to investigate them and analyze the correlation.Results:The total score of disease stigma was negatively correlated with the total score of social support(r=-0.247,P <0.05),and was positively correlated with symptoms in quality of life(r=0.632,P <0.05),entertainment(r=0.496 ,P <0.05),personal relationship(r =0.324,P <0.05).Con-clusion:Patients with psoriasis had a strong sense of stigma and lower quality of life.Clinical nursing staff should strengthen the cognitive,psychological and behavioral intervention on psoriasis patients,provide effective social support and reduce the stigma of the disease,so as to improve the quality of psoriasis life of patients.关键词
