Experiment on the Characteristics of Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor and Data Processing Using the Matlab

Abstract
The response function of silicon piezoresistive sensors has been measured between loading weight(including loading and unloading)and output voltage from unbalanced electronic bridge experiment with power voltage 3,6,9,12 V.The sensitivity of sensor has been determined using the three data processing methods from Matlab software,which are command window,Graphical User Interface(GUI)curve fitting toolbox and writing the Mprogram in turn.It is shown that the sensitivity of sensor is changed proportional-ly being accompanied by the increasing power voltage.This phenomenon indicates that it is an approach by increasing the power voltage if you want improves the experimental precision.According to the above,the mass of the anything has also been weighed,a pleased re-sult was obtained.In addition,we also exhibit the advantage and the disadvantage of those three data processing methods from Matlab software respectively by this actual operation.关键词
