Abstract
To explore the applied talents and talents cultivation patterns of independent colleges according to its own characteris-tics and development orientation,which survive as a high professional degree of homogeneity in the cracks in independent colle-ges.Through the case study of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China,Zhongshan Institute,the specific ideas,path and measures of the applied talents cultivation pattern reform in independent college are explored and practiced from three aspects ac-cording to the guiding ideology of “two -aspect combination,two -way competition,integration development,diverse talent”,which are the diversity talents cultivation system,the teaching operation,management,evaluation system,and the teaching center manage-ment mechanisms.One mainly focuses on the construction of the diversity talents cultivation system.Practice shows that the diversity of talents cultivation patterns can be a powerful training model to improve the quality of talents cultivation and enhance the social reputa-tion of the independent colleges.关键词
