摘要

Abstract

This paper studies the correlation between loess collapsibility coefficient and natural porosity ratio, natural density, natural water content, compressibility modulus, plastic index, liquidity index based on large amount of loess collapsibility experimental data in north region of shanxi. The study results show that there is positive correlation between loess collapsibility coefficient and natural porosity ratio. The correlations between loess collapsibility coefficient and natural density, natural water content, compressibility modulus, plastic index and liquidity index are negative. The studies of the natural porosity ratio, natural density, natural water content and liquidity index in loess of different collapsibility strength show that the natural porosity ratio of collapsible loess is more than 0. 6 , natural density is less than 1. 9 g/cm3 , natural water content is less than 22%, and its liquidity index is less than 0. 25.
