摘要

Abstract

The enclosed passenger train toilet fecal wastewater is treated with the aerobic biological fluidized bed reactor. The efficiencies of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification in reaction are studied and the effects of denitrification with reactor are assessed under different conditions. The results show that the reactor can well fulfill nitrification and denitrification processes simultaneously with the best denitrification performance at DO of 2. 5 mg/L. The optimal pH range is 7. 0~8. 0 and at C/N=1. 6 the reactor has better efficiency of denitrification. In addition, it is observed that the performance is not significantly influenced by the temperature changes between 18 ~ 25 ℃, ant the purity DNA of microorganism and the biodiversity of ammonia oxidizing bacteria are high.
