盐碱胁迫对酸枣种子萌发的影响
Effect of Saline-alkali Stress on Sour Jujube Seed Germination
摘要
Abstract
Seeds of Sour jujube were used as materials to study the different concentrations of salt stress 、alkali stress and saline-alka-li stress on its germination .The result showed that the germination capability of sour jujube was inhibited obviously under saline ,alkali and complex saline-alkali stresses.The seed germination rate, germination potential,germination index, vigor index decreased, the relative salt-harmed rate increased .As the concentration of salt , alkali and salt solution increased , the inhibitory effect increased . Seeds did not germinate after alkali stress was more than 0.6%concentration ...Inhibitory extent were different under different salt -alkaline stress, alkali stress>saline-alkali stress>Salt Stress.关键词
