四川花椒主要栽培品种品质初步比较分析
Preliminary Analysis of Main Cultivated Varieties Quality of Zanthoxylum L.in Sichuan
摘要
Abstract
Zanthoxlum bungeanum Maxin belonging to Rutaceae Zanthoxylum is an important economic species .It is widely cultivat-ed in Sichuan , and its planting area has gradually been expanded in recent years .The major cultivated peper in Sichuan were collected and H2O, volatile oil, non-volatile ether extract of pepper were tested , therefore the results will be offer theoretical basis for Sichuan pepper breeding.The results showed that, the tribute pepper in Hanyuan(9.74%) appeared highest volatile oil contents and the low-est was the pepper in Luding (3.02%) respectively.The non-volatile ether extract of pepper in Yuexi was the highest (16.88%) and the lowest appeared in Luding (5.61%) reapectively.But among Zanthoxylum schinifolium et Zucc, the Zanthoxylum armatum DC in Hongya (12.43%) showed the highest volatile oil contents and the lowest was nine -leaves pepper in Chongqing (5.61%). The Zanthoxylum armatum DC in Hongya ( 12.12%) had the highest non -volatile ether extract contents and the lowest was Zanthoxylum armatum DC in Ya'an camp(8.9%).关键词
