基于PLC的旋流器自动控制系统的设计与实现
Design and implementation of hydrocyclone automatic control system based on PLC
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the underflow concentration of hydrocyclone,the concentration experiment for the mixed liquid of fine sand and water was performed. The test results verify that the difference value between feeding pressure and over⁃flow pressure is positive correlation with the underflow concentration of hydrocyclone in a certain range. On this basis,a concen⁃trated hydrocyclone automatic control system was designed. This system takes PLC as the main controller,and adopts the fuzzy PID control algorithm to follow the difference value between feeding pressure and overflow pressure. The Siemens TD400C text display is used to realize the functions of real⁃time display,man⁃machine conversation and system alarming. The experimental re⁃sults show that the system can improve the working efficiency of the concentrated cyclone,eliminate the hidden danger caused by the blind increasing of feeding pressure to improve the underflow concentration of the cyclone,and has the high industrial ap⁃plication value.关键词
