摘要

Abstract

The pressure sensor based on PLC control has the defect of big control error,so the design of PLC pressure sensing controller based on improved genetic algorithm is put forward,in which the dynamic adaptivity of genetic algorithm is used to set the control parameters. Combining the genetic algorithm with fuzzy control thought,the parameter control rules and membership function of the pressure control are set to construct the fuzzy control table. The output value of the pressure controller was regulated to realize the error control of the pressure controller. The experimental results show that the proposed structure design is applied to the pipeline pressure sensor,and the control precision of the designed controller is high.
