Abstract
The Ommic CGY2191UH chip model is reconstructed to establish a D-band amplifier module model. A D-band amplifier module is designed and fabricated to verify the accuracy of the model. The D-band amplifier module model consists of two waveguide models, two coplanar waveguide-rectangular waveguide transition models, two gold bonding wire models of the equivalent circuit model and a CGY2191UH chip. Based on current domestic technology, a D-band amplifier module is designed and fabricated. The test results show that the module would obtain a gain greater than 4.5dB in 110GHz-140GHz, and the biggest gain at 122GHz is 10dB. Gain test curves agree with the model simulation results well, which validates the model.关键词
