On Some Issues of the Second National Organization Work Conference

Abstract
The Second National Organization Work Conference was held on September 16 to October 27 in 1 9 5 3 ,focusing on the issues of cadres with the documents of"Decision on Strengthening the cadre man-agement work""Decision on the cadre investigation"and"instructions on strengthening the Party School work"and so on.It also reviewed the work of the Central Organization Department,and emphatically pointed out its shortcomings of lack of the sufficient concern and research on the political tasks.Delegates debated very intensely on some issues and the disunity of the central leaders exacerbated the conflicts.Like the summer financial Conference,this Organization Work Conference also aroused the disturbance and tur-moil.关键词
