我国房地产业对粮食安全的影响及对策
The Influence of China's Real Estate to Food Safety and its Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
Food security is not only the most important livelihood issue in China but also the primary condition for the social stability.The great leap of the real estate which began in 1998 had occupied huge a-mount space of land,polluted and consumed excessive organic soils and freshwater resources,deteriorated the age and gender structure of the food producers,and reduced the allocative efficiency between labor re-sources and arable land resources.These resulted in the lack of land space,soil,water and producers in China food production.Therefore this paper proposes the recommendations of zero transfer system of the stocked arable land and the red line system for the real estate in order to guarantee the food safety.关键词
