Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of NBI in the diagnosis of early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods Selected 60 cases from November 2012 to August 2015,and the early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions diagnosed by pathological diagnosis by endoscopic biopsy was studied,the diagnosis was randomly divided into control group (30 cases, conventional endoscopy) and observation group (30 cases, NBI combined with iodine staining),contrast two groups of diagnosis results.Results The lesions of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, The detection rate of Low grade intraepithelial neoplasia was 100%in the observation group , and the control group was 76.92%, the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05).The lesions in the two groups were mainly in the middle of the esophagus,the left side wall of esophagus is more pathological changes.Conclusion NBI combined with iodine staining in early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions can improve the detection rate of diagnosis, and it has a high clinical value.关键词
