摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the cytotoxicity of nano-copper IUDand TCu220C IUD with mouse fibroblast cells. Methods Leaching liquors of nano-copper IUD and TCu220C IUD were prepared with Cell culture fluid. The proliferation of L-929 cells was measured by tetrazolium colorimetric assay (MTT), and the morphology of the cells were observed by inverted microscope. Results The cytotoxicity of nano-copper IUD group was 1~2, but the TCu220C group was2~4. Conclusion Nano-copper IUD present more cytocompatibility.关键词
