传统开放手术与微创手术治疗脊柱结核的临床疗效对比OA
Clinical Comparison of Traditional Open Surgery and Minimally Invasive Surgery in Treatment of Spinal Tuberculosis
目的比较传统开放手术与微创手术方案治疗脊柱结核的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的52例脊柱结核患者分为对照组(开放手术)与观察组(微创手术)，每组各26例。比较两组患者手术情况。结果观察组各项指标均优于对照组。结论该疗法能够有效缩短患者的手术时间、住院时间以及椎体骨愈合时间，减少术中出血量，降低复发率。
Objective To compare the traditional open surgery and minimally invasive surgery clinical curative effect for the treatment of spinal tuberculosis.Methods Our hospital the 52 cases of spinal tuberculosis patients were divided into control group (open surgery) and observation group (minimally invasive surgery),26 cases in each group.Compare two groups of patients with surgery.Results The observation group of the indicators are better than the control group.Conclusion The therapy can effectively shorten the operation time,length of hospital stay in patients with and vertebral body bone healing time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce the recurrence rate.
