Abstract
Objective To explore the application method and effect of the performance management of hospital disinfection supply center.Methods 12 nurses in disinfection supply center from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were enrolled in this study,in the performance management implementation of the performance appraisal strategy.Results The implementation of strategy.The performance assessment method in the performance management of hospital disinfection supply center,the enthusiasm of nurses was significantly improved,the quality of work is significantly improved at the same time.Compared with the implementation of the performance appraisal strategy,the implementation of performance appraisal strategy after clinical satisfaction was significantly increased and the data of two groups was statistically significant( <0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the performance appraisal strategy in the process of performance management of hospital disinfection supply center,help to improve nurses'working enthusiasm,while the degree of satisfaction with clinical Improve the efficiency,and ensure the smooth and orderly development of hospital disinfection and supply center.关键词
