Abstract
Objective To understand the morbidity of congenital hypothyroidism (CH)and Phenylketonuria (PKU)in Changde area by analyzing the neonatal screening from 2013 to 2015.Methods Prospective analyzed the concentration of TSH and PHE in the neonatal heel blood after 72h of birth, which were detected by the Time-resolved fluorescence analysis and fluorescence analysis.Results A total of 157345 newborns accepted the screening with a rate of 94.5%during the three years.6 cases were diagnosed with PKU while 41 cases were diagnosed with CH.The incidence of PKU and CH reached to 1/26224 and 1/3838 respectively.Conclusion Neonatal screening is an important measure to improve the quality of the population, while the incidence of disability can be prevented and reduced effectively through an early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment.关键词
