Abstract
Objective To study the patients with uterine adenomyosis by abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonic clinical diagnostic coincidence rate difference of two ways.Methods Selection of 100 uterine adenomyosis patients admitted in our hospital in recent years,with abdominal sonography were used respectively to vaginal ultrasound diagnosis in two ways,as the gold standard by pathological diagnosis results, calculation of patients in the pelvic endometriosis,the combining of chocolate cyst,merge the diagnostic accordance rate of uterine fibroids on 3 items. Observing in two ways in the diagnosis of patients with uterine artery blood flow.Results The way of vaginal ultrasound diagnosis of the indicators are better than abdominal ultrasound diagnosis, <0.05.Conclusion The clinical diagnosis of uterine adenomyosis more appropriate USES vaginal ultrasound method,can improve diagnostic sensitivity and coincidence rate of clinical popularization value.关键词
