Abstract
Objective To analyze blood coagulation four indicators and for antiphospholipid syndrome (APS),evaluate its application value in the diagnosis of APS and detection.Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2015 to December 120 in our hospital patients with suspected APS, according to the latest revision of the APS 2006 37 patients with diagnostic criteria for judging the APS,the APS patients 83 cases,83 cases patients of blood coagulation four indicators (D-dimer (DD),part of clotting enzyme live time (APTT),prothrombin time (PT),platelet count (PLT),analyzed its application value in diagnosis and monitoring of the APS.Results APS APTT and PT,PLT level compared with the APS has no obvious difference ( >0.05),the DD level was significantly higher than the APS APS patients ( <0.05).Conclusion DD level associated with the APS,helps to evaluate the APS thrombosis,has good application value in patients with APS.关键词
