摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the recent curative effect and safety of intensity-modulated radiotherapy on recurrent ovarian cancer.Methods The 5 recurrent ovarian cancer patients is admitted in our department from April to September in 2012.Patients received systemic chemotherapy and intensity-modulated radiotherapy at the same time.Analysis of the clinical date and recent curative effect on 5 cases.Results Followed up for 12 months,follow-up rate was 100%;Complete response was 1 case,partial response was 3 cases,1 case progress.5 cases wereⅠorIIlevel gastrointestinal adverse reactions, IIorⅢgrade bone marrow suppression.Timely and effective symptomatic treatment can alleviate adverse reactions,patients can tolerate and finish radiotherapy plan.Conclusion The abdominopelvic intensity-modulated radiotherapy for recurrent ovarian cancer has good recent curative effect,acute adverse reactions can be tolerated.关键词
