中国农业指数保险现状及发展展望
Status Quo and Development Outlook of Agricultural Index Insurance in China
摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzed the occurrence and status quo of agricultural index insurance in China, found that there were three obvious advantages of index insurance, including information transparency and objective evaluation, relatively low cost to alleviate the insuring burden, and convenient transaction to reduce risks. Meanwhile, there were also some challenges such as basis risk was large and index design was difficult. According to problems in the implementation process of China's index insurance, we should design appropriate and different index insurance, increase publicity and promotion efforts, and increase financial subsidies and promote the participation of multiple financial modes.关键词
