目的:对颈总动脉穿刺法及传统线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞( middle cerebral artery occlusion, MCAO)模型的时效性、成功率、死亡率比较。方法将32只雄性大鼠随机分为颈总动脉穿刺法组与传统线栓法组,将线栓从颈总动脉插入,栓塞大脑中动脉。采用Bederson神经功能评分标准,于术后24 h进行神经功能评分,并统计24 h成功率及死亡率。结果颈总动脉穿刺法和传统手术方法制备大鼠MCAO模型的插线栓时间、成功率、死亡率…查看全部>>

Objective To compare the timeliness, success and mortality rates between the modified carotid artery puncture method ( MCAPM) and standard suture method ( SSM) in the establishment of rat model of a middle cerebral ar⁃tery occlusion ( MCAO) .
