流动人口重复参保现状及其影响因素研究
Analysis of duplicate health insurance enrolment status and inlfuencing factors among migrants
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To reveal the status and related factors of duplicate health insurance enrolment. Methods:Binary logistic regression was used for analysis based on the 2014 National Internal Migrant Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey. Results:(1)The nationwide duplicate health insurance enrolment rate was 5.5%. However,the rates varied across regions,which might be affected by the economic status and the urban health insurance policy for the migrants.(2) Duplicate health insurance enrolment was positively correlated with social economic factors(including income,education and occupation),but it was not related to demographic characteristics.(3)Significantly higher duplicated health insurance enrolment rates could be detected among the migrants who had a long floating time and those who had intention to settle down. Conclusion:It is suggested that nationwide health insurance management system and information platform be established and the information of migrants’ health insurance enrolment be shared between their hometowns and living cities.关键词
