Abstract
Establishing pooling for outpatient benefits is the path to improve the width and depth of the basic medical insurance system in China. This study summarized and comparatively analyzed the patterns of establishing pooling for outpatient benefits by the Urban Employees’ Basic Medical Insurance(UEBMI)schemes in Zhejiang Province,and put forward policy recommendations for the whole country.关键词
