我国贫困地区县级妇幼保健机构人力资源现状分析
Analysis on current status of human resources among county-level maternity and child care institutions in poor areas of China

Abstract
Objective:To understand the current situation of human resources in maternity and child care institutions in poor counties,to provide strategic basis for health policy,and to improve service capacity of maternity and child care institutions in poor areas. Methods:The questionnaire on the country’s 737 maternity and child care institutions among 832 poverty-stricken counties was surveyed;number,composition and quality of health personnel in the institutions were analyzed descriptively. Results:There were 66 health personnel in maternity and child care institutions in poor counties on average,and 52 were health professionals. The rate of doctors and nurses was 1:0.88;the percentage of people with senior and middle professional title among the health personnel accounted for 6.07%and 27.32%;the percentage of people with graduate and undergraduate degree accounted for 0.20%and 20.30%,respectively. Conclusion:The number of health professionals in poor areas is insufficient and the quality is not high enough. It is suggested to increase health personnel and improve its quality to stabilize health workforce.关键词
