摘要

Abstract

From the perspective of person-organization fit theory,many enterprise managers and scholars investigated the relationship between person-organization fit and job satisfaction,and turnover intention. Accordingly,they increased the person-organization fit according to the results and improve staff loyalty. However,there is little literature to study the relationship between individuals and healthcare institutions from the perspective of person-organization fit theory in health field,and introduce it into human resources for health. It is recommended that the theory be applied to healthcare institutions recruitment,training and performance evaluation of human resource management mechanism.
