Abstract
Objective:To explore the current situation and implementation strategies of multi-site physician practice in a tertiary hospital. Methods:The current status of Chinese multi-site physician practice was analyzed. The awareness and willingness of multi-site physician practice were surveyed by a questionnaire in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai. Results:Physicians were very willing to practice in different sites;such a model could benefit patients but was facing many factors restricting its development. Conclusion:Multi-site physician practice is a great tool for optimizing resource distribution. It is suggested that multi-site physician practice be widely promoted and adopted under proper supervision.关键词
