摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze left ventricular hypertrophy patients ECG P-wave terminal force in lead V1 (Ptfv1) value and its relationships with Doppler echocardiographic and serum indices. Methods Eighty-seven cases of left ventricular hypertrophy patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University between September 2011 and September 2014 were chosen as observation group, at the same time 82 cases of normal people without heart diseases were chosen as control group. Ptfv1 value, echocardiography indexes and serum marker levels were compared between the two groups and their relationships were analyzed. Results The average Ptfv1 value of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( < 0.05). The left ventricular diameter (LAD) in the observation group was larger than that in the control group, while left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were smaller than than those in the control group ( <0.05). The serum IMD and salusin-α levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group; whereas CysC, CST and NT-proBNP levels were higher than those in the control group ( < 0.05). The absolute value of Ptfv1 had positive correlations with LAD, CysC, CST and NT-proBNP levels, but had inverse correlations with LVEDD, LVEF,IMD and Salusin-α levels ( < 0.05). Conclusions In the patients with left ventricular hypertrophy, the absolute value of ECG Ptfv1 increases, echocardiography and serum indexes are obviously abnormal, and the absolute value of Ptfv1 is in direct correlations with echocardiography and serum indexes.关键词
