摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the feasibility of the determination of A Silowe in A Silowe ophthalmic gel by UV spectrophotometry and reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography.Methods By UV spectrophotometry, reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography according to the same method of preparing the aciclovir eye gel sample at 252 nm wavelength determination the content of aciclovir.Results Cntent of acyclovir in acyclovir ophthalmic gel(100.49±0.14)% lower than the measured UV spectrophotometry (101.55±0.47)%,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HPLC method is efective because of the separation-related substances, reducing interference of impurities,the method is simple,accurate and sensitive than UV spectrophotometry,it’is more conducive to the determination content of acyclovir in acyclovir gel.关键词
