Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anti oxidants combined with salmon calcitonin in the treatment of diabetic osteoporosis patients.Methods From January 2013 to January 2015,121 patients with diabetic osteoporosis were treated in the Department of orthopedics of Linfen city as the research object,and were randomly divided into control group(60 cases) and observation group (61 cases).Control group patients with intramuscular injection of salmon calcitonin injection,and oral calcium carbonate D3 tablets were observed group of patients in the control group on the basis of the antioxidants lipoic acid treatment,were compared between the two groups before and after treatment in patients with bone metabolism and bone transformation,the blood glucose and the degree of pain,self-efficacy energy scale.Results After treatment,the observation group of patients with typeI colagen cross-linked carboxy terminal peptide(CTX-1) was significantly lower than that of the control group,alkaline phosphatase(ALP),bone gla protein(BGP) were significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05);treatment,the observation group of patients with fasting blood glucose(FBG), postprandial 2 h blood glucose (2hPBG) and pain visual analogue scale(VAS) scores were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05);treatment,the observation group of patients with movement efficiency,Ca2+ uptake efficiency score and total score were significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of salmon calcitonin in the treatment of anti oxidative treatment can effectively improve the bone metabolism,reduce the pain and the effect of blood glucose control in diabetic osteoporosis patients.It is an important method to improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
