血栓通注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy Xueshuantong Injection treatment of unstable angina patients. Methods anuary 2013 to January 2015,the Sixth People's Hospital of Deyang City of 144 cases of unstable angina patients as research objects,were randomly divided into observation group and control group 72 cases.The control group were treated with conventional western treatment,the observation group were treated in the control group based on the use of thrombus through injection,the total effective rate and blood pressure,blood lipids,blood rheology changes in treatment were compared.Results Treatment of patients in the observation group total effective rate was 86.1% in the control group of patients with total effective rate was 73.6%,the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05);After treatment blood pressure,blood lipids,blood rheology other indicators than before treatment significantly improved,but the observation group, triglyceride,total cholesterol,platelet adhesion rate and improve the plasma viscosity more pronounced compared with the control group,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xueshuantong injection in the treatment of unstable angina efficacy, results were satisfactory.关键词
